It is a whimsical musical story of two postal workers tasked with delivering the morning sunrise, they become side-tracked from their duties when they receive a call from their boss who asks them to switch to the night shift. It is an adventure involving a tandem bicycle, a giant monarch butterfly, and piles of undelivered packages.

They’ve toured the world, released four critically acclaimed albums. Anthemic choruses, 3-part harmonies, tender falsettos and big drums highlight their riff driven, nuanced barrage of sound. Camaraderie shows in their musicianship, their song-writing highlights what they are: friends playing music for the love of it. Musically, The Town Heroes are reminiscent of the 90’s Alt-Rock bands they grew up listening to.

This video has been around the Facebook Covid track but I still laugh whenever I see it.

To applaud a politician for building a hospital, school or road with public money is the same as applauding an ATM because it gives you your money.
