It's still summer.
Wear white, drink rosé, bathe in a G&T.  
We are still in our Bermuda shorts here in the hamlet.
The weather is perfect ... except for the random hurricane.
                                                                      Come join us for a jar and celebrate the rest of summer.

This Week in Chester 

The Chester Farmers and Artisans Market is on this Friday at the Old Railway Station from 9 - 1pm  rain or shine. Local fresh produce, meat and fish, artisan baking, tasty meals, flowers and plants, handmade crafts, jewelry and treats.

There is live music Friday night at the Rope Loft kicking off at 8 pm.
Jamie Junger, a village favourite, is on stage with songs you know by heart.

This Saturday night the Chester Playhouse presents Gordie MacKeeman and His Rhythm Boys at 7:30 pm.

Next Tuesday's Picnic in the Park features the Hodge Podge Musical Harvest from 5 - 7pm.
There is something for absolutely everyone here. Don't miss out !

The line up includes: Ellie Nightingale; Lori Davis and Peter Parsons; Glenda Penell; LeeAnn Webb and friends; the Palais Boys; Barry Taylor, and the Dark and Stormy band.

The evening is sponsored by Access Storage. Meals are generously provided for the musicians by the Stretch Diner.
