We are transitioning into the "next phase."
This is when we gear down and come up for air.
Do the downward dog.

And...breathe.

This Week in Chester

The Chester Farmers and Artisans Market is on this Friday at the Old Railway Station from 9 - 1pm  rain or shine. Local fresh produce, meat and fish, artisan baking, tasty meals, flowers and plants, handmade crafts, jewelry and treats. For you, for your family, for Fido.

Two music venues happening Friday night...

Live music Friday night at the Rope Loft is kicking off at 8 pm. Come early to assure yourself a seat. Order up a plate of local mussels to share with friends before your main course.
Tonight the Cynthetics present "Jazz with Pizzazz." Don't miss this. You never know who else might pop by to jam with them.

The Maes are performing Friday night at 8 pm in the red shed at 35 Union Street. From Australia, they are touring Canada again this summer and wanted to stop by and say "hey." $20 @ the door.

Next Tuesday's Picnic in the Park features a "Back to School Special" with a new time slot from
5 -7 pm featuring Jamie Junger and Friends - sponsored by the Fo'c'sle.

This just made me laugh when I read it...

"And while the smooth sounds of the Lionel Richie's "All Night Long" and Christopher Cross' "Ride Like the Wind" are always just a teeth cleaning away, yacht rock really comes into full, Hawaiian-shirt flower in the summer.
